Variations on a theme - Fuchsia Flowers

With my painting, I try to recreate a similar emotional impact that I experienced in the hope that the onlooker will feel something of the event that created the painting. I use each painting like a steppingstone to move from one painting to the next and create a series. As the series evolves it becomes more abstract the flowers give up their botanical likeness to evoke their mood and spirit through colours that blend and clash
